I hereby release and agree to indemnify Tee It Up! For The GFPD (the “Event”), its volunteers, sponsors, beneficiaries, Illinois State University, The Global Foundation for Peroxisomal Disorders, and each of their employees, officers, directors, and agents (the “Event Organizers”) from any and all liability or claims of any kind arising out of or resulting from the participation in the Event by me and/or any other individual I register (the “Participants”), including but not limited to any resulting bodily or personal injury, illness (including exposure to COVID-19 or similar viruses), or property damage. I further grant the Event Organizers permission to photograph and record the image and voice of the Participants during the Event, and to use such recordings without restriction for promotional purposes as determined by the Event Organizers, including print or electronic media, websites, and social media.
